Our Roots:
Code Red Safety has been providing industrial safety personnel, products and training since 1995 when the company was founded. It originally served NW Indiana and NE Illinois from its headquarters in Hammond,
IN. Since then, Code Red Safety has grown and added facilities in St. Louis, MO and Houston, TX to serve businesses in those heavily industrialized areas. Our goal is to expand the breadth and scope of our services for customers across the US.

Meet Our Principals:
Robert Tepperman – Board member of Code Red Safety and in charge of hiring and
recruiting our safety personnel. Mr. Tepperman graduated from Indiana University with a BS and has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He left a very successful career with Colliers Bennett &
Kahnweiler Inc. in 1994 to join Messrs. Miller and Mohoi in the Tyvek and Code Red Safety (CRS)
businesses.
Michael J. Miller – Chairman - Mr. Miller graduated from Indiana
University with a BS. He has significant experience in sales and management working for Inland Steel
and Baxter Healthcare. He formed Miller’s Precision Enterprises (MPE) in 1987 and started Code Red
Safety with Gregg Mohoi and Robert Tepperman in 1995, growing it to a multi-million dollar business.
Gregory P. Cofoid – CEO - Mr. Cofoid is also a graduate of Indiana
University, BS & MBA. He was with Arthur Andersen for 10 years as a CPA before leaving to become
corporate controller of the NASD/NASDAQ Stock Market. Since then, he has been involved in many
start-ups and high-growth businesses as CFO and COO.
Gregg Mohoi – President - Mr. Mohoi has spent 18 years in the safety
industry and is the lead sales/business development officer for CRS. Mr. Mohoi’s technical expertise
in the industry has brought him wide recognition as an expert in the field.
